How to change your password?
To change your password while logged into the system, follow these steps:
Go to the Profile menu, located in the top right of the page
From the Profile section dropdown, select Account Settings.
In the Account Settings page, look for the "Change Password" section.
Click on the "Change Password" option to proceed.
You will be prompted to enter your current password and your desired new password.
Provide your current password in the designated field.
Enter your new password in the appropriate field, ensuring it meets any specified password requirements.
Confirm your new password by entering it again in the confirmation field.
Once you have entered all the necessary information, click on the "Save" or "Update" button to change your password.
Your password will be updated, and you can now use your new password for future logins
How to reset your password?
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to sign in to the system, you can reset it by following these steps:
Visit the sign-in page of the system at https://www.Mircate/auth/login.
Below the "Sign In" form, you will find a "Forgot Password" link. Click on it.
You will be redirected to a page where you can initiate the password reset process.
On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your registered account.
After entering your email address, submit the request.
A "Reset Password" link will be sent to your email address.
Access your email account and locate the email containing the "Reset Password" link.
Click on the link provided in the email.
You will be directed to a page where you can reset your password.
Follow the instructions on the page and create a new password according to the specified password creation rules.
Once you have successfully created a new password, you will be able to sign in to the system using your updated credentials.
By utilizing the "Forgot Password" link, you can initiate the password reset process and follow the subsequent steps to recreate your password and regain access to your account.
