Specify a unique name for your promotion. Select the relevant promotion template and coupon type. Define the type of your promotion as either dynamic or static. With a dynamic promotion, you can generate as many coupons as needed. Promotion apply types help determine how your campaigns will be applied at the order or product level.
When the “Apply All Promotions” option is selected, all applicable promotions for an order are applied simultaneously. This means no prioritization is made between promotions, and the customer receives the maximum possible discount.
If the “Apply The Best Profit” option is chosen, the system compares all active promotions and applies only the one that offers the most advantage to the customer or the business. This feature is particularly useful in dynamic or static coupon campaigns to achieve the highest profit. Optionally, you can define the categories or products the promotion should apply to, and the system will apply the most profitable promotion within those constraints. You can also add an image to make the campaign more visually appealing on the interface.
When the “Don’t Combine With Other Promotions” option is selected, the system treats this promotion independently. Even if other promotions are valid at the same time, only this promotion will be applied if this setting is active. It is typically used for exclusive campaigns or special offers targeted at specific customer segments. This configuration prevents the campaign from being combined with other promotions, allowing it to run on its own.
Finally, the “Force Apply Promotion” option ensures the specified promotion is applied under all circumstances. Even if there is a conflict with other promotions, the system prioritizes this promotion. This is particularly useful when a specific promotion must always be offered to customers—for example, launch campaigns, special loyalty rewards, or automatic return coupons.
Select the start and end dates of the promotion. Specify the conditions that must be met for the promotion to be valid, and fill in the required and optional fields in the parameters you added. (Conditions may include order amount, specific products, or other criteria.) After reviewing the promotion you created, click the activate/deactivate toggle at the top right to enable it and allow your customers to benefit from the promotion. These steps will help you quickly set up your promotion and offer various advantages to your customers.
