How to export product data from PIM?

The export functionality allows users to retrieve product data from the PIM and transfer it to other systems, platforms, or channels for different purposes, such as publishing, reporting, or sharing with partners.



To export product data from the PIM, you can follow these steps:

  1. Locate and select the "Import/Export" option.

  2. On the page that appears, find and click on the "Exports" tab at the top.

  3. From the list choose the export types (categories, products, attributes, groups, families or variants) .In case there isn't an appropriate export type available, you can create a new export profile by clicking the "Create Export Profile" button located at the top right. Select the required options such as Code, Label, Job, and Connector from the provided list.

  4. Once you have selected the appropriate export type or created a new export profile, click on the "Export Now" button at the top right corner of the page.

  5. You can monitor the progress of the export

  6. After the export process finishes,to review the exported data, simply click on the entry in the list. This will open the execution details, and if necessary, you can download the generated file by clicking the "Download Generated File" button. Currently supported export formats are spreadsheets (Excel or CSV)
