This section offers various configuration options that allow you to manage the core behaviors and default values of your loyalty program.
Default Currency: This field enables you to define the default currency or point type used in your loyalty program. This setting specifies the unit in which earned or spent rewards will be processed.
Auto Cancel For Reservation: This setting allows you to specify the time in minutes and seconds after which a loyalty reservation (e.g., a reserved reward) will be automatically canceled. This prevents unused reservations from remaining idle in the system.
Spend By Best Profit: This toggle determines whether loyalty expenditures will be directed to maximize profitability. When activated, the system attempts to guide spending to prioritize the most profitable options for the business when users utilize their points or rewards.
Spend First Expensive: This toggle controls whether expensive products earn points. When this setting is enabled, it can encourage users to earn more points by purchasing high-value products or ensure that point calculation adheres to this principle.
Auto Create Account: This toggle determines whether a wallet and wallet account will be automatically created when a new entity is generated. When activated, a loyalty wallet is automatically created for each new customer or relevant entity, eliminating the need for manual intervention and accelerating the onboarding process.
After making all these adjustments, you must click the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen to save the changes. These general settings are critically important for optimizing the operation of your loyalty program, enhancing the user experience, and aligning with your business strategies.
