Project Users- How to list users in the project ? 

To view a comprehensive list of all users associated with the project, navigate to the "Users" section. Here, you will find the names, email addresses, and service roles of each user involved in the project. This provides you with a clear overview of the project team members and their respective responsibilities, ensuring effective collaboration and communication within the project.

How to add users in the project ? 

By following these instructions, only account owners can invite users, manage their permissions, and monitor their status within the project. The "Users" menu serves as a central hub for overseeing all collaborators, ensuring efficient collaboration and streamlined access control.

  1. Invite users to collaborate: As an account owner, go to the "Users" page and locate the "Invite User" button. Click on it to initiate the user invitation process.

  2. Enter user details: Fill in the required information for the new user you wish to invite. This includes their email address, the service they will be working on (PIM, promotion, merchant), and the specific role you want to assign to them within the project, such as admin, reader, or writer.

  3. Send the invitation: After providing the user details, click on the "Invite User". This action triggers the system to send an invitation email to the invited user, containing instructions on joining the project.

  4. Manage invitations: Once the invitation is sent, the invited user's status will appear as "pending" in the users' list. The user's status will remain as "pending" for 24 hours. 

  • If the user accepts the invitation, their status will be updated to "accepted" in the list.

  • If you wish to cancel the invitation before it expires, you can click on the "Revoke Invitation" button next to the user's name, removing their pending status.

  • If the user rejects the invitation, their status will be shown as "rejected," and a "Resend Invitation" button will appear next to their name. This allows you to send a new invitation to the user.
