A spending rule is a module that defines the conditions under which your customers can use the points they have earned.
To create a spending rule, start by choosing a unique name for it. Select the template you wish to use. Adding an image in the "Image" field will help display it on the front-end of your system, aiding customers in using their earned points. You can use the "Category" field to group your spending rules. Set the start and end dates for the spending rule to determine when customers can use their points. Define the conditions that must be met for the spending rules to apply, and fill in the required and optional fields for these conditions (Criteria might include restrictions such as points not being usable on tobacco and alcoholic products or offering double value for points in selected categories.) After reviewing the spending rule, activate it by clicking the activate/deactivate toggle button in the upper right corner. This will enable customers to use their earned points. These steps will help you quickly create spending rules, allowing your customers to redeem their points effectively.
